MatchTwin uses artificial intelligence to create "AI Twins" - digital representations of users based on their intake questionnaire responses. Here's how it works:

  • Twin Generation: We use Anthropic's Claude AI to analyze your responses and create a personality profile
  • Matching Conversations: Your AI Twin engages in conversations with other users' AI Twins to assess compatibility
  • Compatibility Scoring: AI generates compatibility scores and conversation highlights
  • Data Privacy: Your AI Twin is unique to you and represents only the information you provide
  • Human Control: You always control when and how you connect with other users

We partner with Anthropic to power our AI features. Anthropic processes your intake responses according to their own privacy policy, but does not use your data to train their models.

5. Information Sharing

With Other Users

When you match with someone, they can see:

  • Your profile photo, name, and bio
  • Compatibility score and conversation highlights
  • Messages you send them

With Service Providers

We share data with:

  • Anthropic: AI processing for twin generation and matching
  • Supabase: Database and authentication services
  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • Vercel: Hosting and infrastructure
  • Analytics Providers: To understand service usage
