2. Account Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate information in your profile and questionnaires
• You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Submit false or misleading profile information
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service
• Use the service to promote commercial products or services
• Impersonate another person or entity

4. AI-Generated Content

MatchTwin uses artificial intelligence to generate content including:

• Twin conversation transcripts between AI personalities
• Compatibility scores and match assessments
• Oracle coaching insights and relationship analysis
• Chat responses from AI-matched historical figures

This content is generated by AI and is for entertainment and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional relationship, psychological, or medical advice. AI responses may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate. MatchTwin is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

5. Intellectual Property

The MatchTwin service, including its design, code, AI prompts, and branding, is owned by MatchTwin. You retain ownership of the content you submit (profile information, questionnaire responses, messages). By using the service, you grant MatchTwin a license to use your submitted content to operate the service, including sending it to AI providers for generating matches and insights.

6. Service Availability

MatchTwin is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific match results, or the accuracy of AI-generated content. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. Match availability may be limited by daily usage caps and system demand.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatchTwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: emotional distress from match outcomes, reliance on AI-generated advice, or loss of data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to manipulate the matching system. Upon termination, your profile and match data will be deleted. Some anonymized analytics data may be retained.

9. AI Content Disclaimer

AI-generated conversations are fictional and for entertainment purposes. Character depictions are creative interpretations and do not represent historical accuracy. MatchTwin is not responsible for any advice or statements made by AI characters. All AI-generated content should be understood as creative fiction, not factual representation.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
