4. AI Twin Technology

MatchTwin uses AI technology to create digital representations ("AI Twins") based on your intake responses. You understand and agree that:

  • Your AI Twin is created from the information you provide
  • The AI Twin may engage in conversations with other users' AI Twins
  • Compatibility scores are generated by AI and are not guarantees
  • You retain ownership of your personal information
  • We use AI responsibly and in accordance with our Privacy Policy

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated systems (bots) to access the Service

6. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to MatchTwin. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content for the purpose of operating the Service.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features require payment. By purchasing a subscription:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at period end
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion
  • Prices may change with notice

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • The accuracy of AI-generated compatibility scores
  • The behavior or intentions of other users
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • That the service meets your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MATCHTWIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
